Open Build Your Week

From your dashboard, click the green "Plan Your Week" button.

Pick How to Start

You can use a template (a saved plan) or build your own from scratch.

Templates use old plans. Build from scratch makes a new one!

Add Time Blocks

Click the + button under any day to add a time block for sports.

Or...

Load a Saved Template

Want to use a plan you saved before? Click the blue "Load Template" button!

A window will show all your saved templates. Click "Apply" to use one!

Set the Time

Pick when your sports time starts and ends. You can add a name too!

See Your Blocks

Your time blocks show as purple boxes on the days you picked!

See Team Events

Team practices and games show as gray boxes. You can't change these!

Continue to Activities

When you have at least one time block, click the green button!

Drag Activities to Your Blocks

On the left side, you'll see your activities. Drag them to your time blocks on the right!

Click and hold an activity, then drag it to a time block

Watch the Time

Each time block shows how many minutes are left. Activities stack up inside!

Remove Activities

Changed your mind? Click the X button on any activity to remove it.

Review Your Week

When you have at least 3 activities, click "Review Your Week" to finish!

See Your Week Summary

Look at the mini calendar to see all your activities for the week!

Check Your Balance

Lock Your Week

When everything looks good, click the big green "Lock My Week" button!

You'll see a celebration when your week is locked. Now you can save it as a template!

What Do the Steps Mean?

Building your week has 3 steps:

  1. Set Your Schedule - Pick when you have time for sports
  2. Add Activities - Drag activities into your time blocks
  3. Review and Lock - Check your plan and lock it in!

Templates save your time blocks so you don't have to create them again!
