How to take your placement test, one subject at a time!

Start the Test

When you start a placement assessment, you'll see a progress bar at the top and the first question below it.

Answer Questions

Each question shows answer choices. Click the one you think is correct! Some questions might ask you to:

  • 🔘 Pick one answer from a list (multiple choice)
  • ✍️ Type your answer in a text box
  • ✅ Check boxes for questions with more than one right answer

Move Through Subjects

The test covers 5 subjects. When you finish one subject, the next one starts automatically:

  • 🔢 Math — Numbers, addition, subtraction, shapes
  • 📖 Reading — Stories, vocabulary, comprehension
  • ✏️ Language Arts — Grammar, writing, sentences
  • 🔬 Science — Animals, plants, weather, experiments
  • 🌍 Social Studies — History, maps, communities

Take a Break

Need to stop? No problem! Your answers save as you go. When you come back, you'll pick up right where you left off. Just go to the Testing Center and click "Continue".

After answering all 75 questions, you're done! You'll see a completion screen and Dad can review your results.
